Each time I've had service to my car it has been the same experience, no matter who helps me. It is now the "norm" for me to receive 5 star service when I am at Precision

I was very pleased with my first visit to PAR.I liked how I was kept informed throughout the whole process of the repair to my vehicle.They thought due to location of a part for my vehicle they may have to keep it over the weekend but they found the part and were able to havethe vehicle done the same day.I will return to PAR again when my vehicles need service.

Always dependable; always easy to reach and always able to speak with a person, not an answering machine! Car servicing has always been excellent.

Visit and maintenance was great

My daughters car was making a lot of noise and running rough when she started it on Monday morning. We dropped off the car on Monday night and picked it up on Tuesday night after the problems were fixed.

This company has a wall full of accreditations and certificates for competancy. There customer service is every bit as good. I highly recommend it!

Precision auto came through again with excellent service- no additional "fix it items" to boost up the bill. Very dependable. Accord was ready on time. My husband wants to take his Toyota in because we've gotten such good experience.Only issue: Would love to see expanded hours (evenings, weekends) as it's difficult for us to leave the car during the M-F 7-5pm time frame. If there were expanded hours, we would come in all of the time (exclusively)
