Before moving out of California I had been taking my Honda Accord to Precision for 8 years. I had gone other places before happily settling into Precision. I ended up finding out that each place charged the same - they followed a pricing guideline - so it didn't matter where I took it. The biggest pluses with Precision is BEN, then there is BEN and oh yeah, they do good work. Ben is friendly, personable and will take the time to explain any concerns / questions that I have. He treats everyone the same too. Being a female that is big ... I've had to many incidences with people who treat me like kahkah when it comes to my car. If you are someone that doesn't like to trouble anyone with picking you up and taking you to the shop they will offer you a car to use while yours is in the shop. Call ahead for that bonus.
