I found this store from Google. The rating of this shop is really high - 4.9. After I experienced their service, I realized that they deserve that high rating. In my opinion, there are 3 main reasons. 1) Their price is super reasonable and fair, they never scam customers. 2) They customer service is excellent because they communicate to the customers professionally and effectively. Besides, they complete the work on time! 3) The reception desk of the shop is neat and clean. On the day I went to the shop, I saw that there were a lot of Pleasanton local customers who always choose their shop as their first mechanic shop. Most of their customers drive Acura and Lexus.
