Recently moved to the area. Got an unexpected diagnoses from local dealer for a very expensive repair job, with no documentation and very little explanation about the problem. A friend who has lived in the area for years, and a long-time customer of Precision, recommended I talk to them. After an inspection, and thorough explanation, Precision did the job for substantially less than the dealer quote. Very happy to have found Kevin, Ken and the entire staff.

Ken and Kevin helped me with my 95 Honda Civic. It's a vintage car but were able to help me address issues that others were not able to. They too have the knowledge on modern cars from what I hear explained the difference between vintage and modern. Their mechanics went out of their way to fix things that I did not expect could be fixed because of the age of the parts and availability of the parts on a vintage car.
