Pleasanton Auto Repair

Professional, courteous, and on time!

Reliable and quality at an affordable price. I have confidence that my vehicle will be correctly repaired and that any potential issues for longer term are pointed out and clearly explained.

Another great Precision service on my Toyota Prius. Precision always provides the very best service at a reasonable price. I only take my car to Precision and I live in Aptos, CA.

They are fast and efficient, thanks for the service!

Always quick, friendly and communicative.

My second visit here was as good as the first. Great communication and help with a loaner car made it another great experience.

I love taking my car to Precision Auto Repair. I’ve never felt like a mechanic or shop actually viewed my car as more than just a job to handle that day. The sincerity they approach fixing issues and maintaining a high level of customer service is impressive. I do all my maintenance at this shop simply due to the quality of work and the level of care they put in to what they do. I hope nothing goes wrong with my car, but I do feel secure knowing I have an amazing team who will help get me back on the road when something does.

Always very happy with the work and service here. They listen and they help. Ken has helped me over the years, and has always been a pleasure to work with.

Drop off and pick up were very easy. Work done in promised timeframe. Good price, would recommend.
