I went to Precision to replace a clutch on my Acura. They were very honest and straightforward in their assessment, not to mention being priced lower than anyone else in the area. They even let me know about some other issues with my car and fixed a taillight without asking. I did have a rather large snafu with their loaner car, but I'd consider that just a freak occurrence. Also, Kevin graciously compensated me for the incident. Not every auto repair shop would be so upstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future work. As always - fast, reliable service at reasonable price

Brought my Subaru at 8am for an oil change and tire rotation. I requested if I could pick up the car by noon. The car was ready for pick up at 11:30. Thanks Kevin.
